Apprentice & Technical Trainers

As a result of significant growth in our Australian operations, we are now seeking to appoint both Apprentice & Technical Trainers.

The successful applicants will be working on a permanent contract to a prestige automotive brand with responsibility for Apprentice & Technical training to the dealer network.

Essential criteria for these roles include:

• Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive.
• Sound technical knowledge including electrical.
• The ability to incorporate brand, culture & customer service excellence into training.
• Good presentation, effective communication skills at all levels and the ability to build & maintain stakeholder relationships at the highest levels.
• Adherence to a philosophy of delivering measurable business improvements to clients.
• Strong organisational skills, high levels of autonomy and effective time management.
• High level of computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and internet.
• Willingness to travel.

Parts & Sales Apprentice Trainers

The successful applicants will be working on a permanent contract to a prestige automotive brand with responsibility for Parts & Sales training to the dealer network.

Essential criteria for these roles include:

• Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training.
• Certificate III in Parts or equivalent (required for Parts Apprentice Trainer only).
• Sound technical knowledge including electrical.
• The ability to incorporate brand, culture & customer service excellence into training.
• Good presentation, effective communication skills at all levels and the ability to build & maintain stakeholder relationships at the highest levels.
• Adherence to a philosophy of delivering measurable business improvements to clients.
